AND BROADCAST EXPERIENCE
With a foundation in post-production, I have been orchestrating events and crafting compelling video content since 2002. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, I bring a wealth of technical expertise to every project. Transitioning to the broadcast industry in 2014, I started as a video utility. I have since contributed as a camera operator, engineer, and TD on prestigious sets such as Lollapalooza, NBA Finals, Copa America, Sueños, ASCO, and the Democratic National Convention.
My experience underscores a commitment to delivering exceptional results in every endeavor.
OPERATIONS ARCHITECT
With nearly 30 years of experience, I bring a seasoned operational mindset to live broadcasts, studio productions, and fast-paced creative environments.
My foundation was built early at West Jewelers, my family’s store in Chicago’s Wicker Park. At age 13,
I was showing up in a tie, my father’s way of instilling professionalism. I learned how to manage personalities, communicate clearly, and handle real business, from sales to pricing merchandise, accounts payable, and receivable. That’s where I developed the core discipline and business awareness that still guide my work today.
A proud IBEW member since 2001 — first with Local 21 and now with Local 1220. I’ve built years of experience working in structured, union environments.
At 20, I launched Who Came 2 Serve?, a grassroots breakdancing event I fully produced, funded, and filmed using multi-cam video production as early as 2002. From talent booking to live event coordination, it became my crash course in operations — and the birth of Tecknological Productions, now known as TCKpro.
Today, I support local, national, and international teams with clear communication, calm leadership, and deep cultural fluency in both English and Spanish. I’m not a competitor, I’m a born collaborator. Whether for live
